I had a very disappointing experience working with the nursing coordinator of this company. After multiple conversations and clear confirmation that they intended to move forward with a contract, communication abruptly stopped. Emails and follow-ups went unanswered, leaving us without clarity or closure.

Professionalism and communication are critical in business, especially when commitments are discussed. Even a simple update or change in direction would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through and transparency made this process frustrating and time-consuming.

I hope they improve their communication practices in the future, as reliability and respect for others’ time are essential.
